On the way to Js this morning I saw a bunch of crown vics that were police for sale. they were sitting across froma used car lot... 6-8 of em. I thought about it and 2 high mileage v-8's = double the trouble lol

Bunch of guys i work with have them just to get back and forth to work (inmates get visits and visitors seem to not like officers very much) and a few cars got keyed in the main lot but they dont seem to have many problems theres 1 or 2 caprices a tahoe an expedition and 3 or 4 crown vics... i park on the side where visitors arent allowed to go so i never had a problem *knock on wood*

Texas Interceptors specializes in used police cars, both Crown Vics and Caprices. YOu can find more info here: http://www.texasinterceptors.com/Default.asp
There's something menacing about a blacked out Crown Vic. |
Theirs a guy back in NC selling a 99 camaro z28 with the police package. Wonder if that would have been something to consider picking up
|
i want a 99/2000 crown vic interceptor, murdered out, lol
|

The Ferd motors will go to some ridiculously high mileage if maintained though. My uncle used to drive for a bus company, and used a Crown Vic to transport one kid back and forth every day. He said the car had near 200K on it and would still run smoooooooooth.
And don't get me started on the '94-'96 LT1 Coprices...I miss my '96 Impala SS!!! That was one of the most fun-to-drive cars I've owned. |
yeah i am still looking around looking for a good one to buy!
