Nice bike. GL out there on it. For every ****** bike driver, theres 50 ****** car drivers that dont respect bikes. Be safe.

Who are you insured with, and what are payments like? I'm really looking into getting an older R6 for when fuel hits $4+ a gallon this summer. I'm only going to be moving around town as well, so I figured a bike would be a nice thing to try out as well.

thanks alot guys. i really love this bike. i took it for alittle test drive today for about 5 min, and it was awsome. im really happy with the purchase. i would highly reccommend this one to anyone thats in the market for a 600.

Mensaf: im insured by state farm. thats who insures my truck and camaro. they guve me great rates because my parents have had all their insurance (home, life, car) with them for 30 years. so the treat me very good. i pay $303 for a year. when i was at the dealer they said i would pay about $900 yearly with ryder. im 22 years old and have a very clean record. it also depends on where you live. as for the price, most 2008 R6's are leaving the door around 11-12 grand. thats not what i payed. i got a smokin deal through a guy at work. my payments are $99 a month for three years at 7% interest. after three years the rate goes up to 17% i think. i know that ill have it payed off in a year or so. i have some more pics that ill post later
