work on the trans am
so since ive been on house arrest for an undisclosed reason and cant go anywhere for about another month (been in for one month already)...ive been working on my trans am in the driveway. i put up this canopy tent thing we have and have been going to town on it.
so far i have: -taken off the pasg side fender that was dented, with inner fenderwell. have new fender in garage. -taken off the heater box from the firewall, removed all heating ducts inside. heater core is next. going to block off holes in firewall with some aluminum. -bypassed the heater core with 2 pipe plugs instead of wrapping the hose around from the intake to the water pump. -just now i put my longer wheel studs in my front rotors. now modifying some lug nuts for that (hehe air cutoff tool) -next im going to cut the inner fenderwells, and paint them still need to get going: -need to replace tail panel-ordering soon -need to get a new t/a cover for the rear axle housing. looking for a moser one -need to put the longer studs in the rear axles themselves -change rear fluid with gasket-looks to be leaking now. -get fiberglass parts -FINISH 150 SHOT!!! setup this is just an update of whats going on with my car...any suggestions or comments/concerns? post em upp |
