Here are some recent pictures of Jackie. We adopted her back in late March when she was about 8 months old. She's real shy and timid but is getting used to us but still is a little jumpy. She's a mix of a black lab and whippet and there might be a little pit bull in her as well.

I can't wait to get a house so I can get a dog.

Cute pup, how well behaved is it?

She's pretty good now. The first 2 weeks we had a few accidents and she chewed up the cable and a couple of power cords to my old stereo equipment that wasn't plugged in. We have a nice size fenced in back yard so we had to get another dog when we had to put our other dog down in March. We didn't want to go through the entire puppy stage so we started looking on petfinder.com for a rescue dog and found her. She weighs around 42-45 lbs so she's not real big which is nice. Her brother is still up for adoption but he's a shepard/yellow lab mix and weighs around 60-65.

Did she ever have an issue with biting?

Not that I know of. We're starting to wrestle with her and let her nip at us. At least at this age she doesn't have those real sharp puppy teeth. She'll just open her mouth while we're playing around and your hand might end up in it. :lol:

When i get my own place i want my own dog no less that 50 lbs ;)
