Anyone help me out trying to adjust the TPS voltage etc? Its a 58 mm BBK TB.

You want the closed/idle volatge to be around .47-.50. It's common with a 58MM TB to need to Elongate out the holes on the TPS so it can rotate so you can adjust the voltage to get the car to idle properly.

Is it worth trying to adjust the throttle stop first?

Most of the time once you get the voltage set the idle will fall into place without needing to adjust the blades. Get the TPS set first, the 58MM tbs need less voltage then stock to get the car to idle properly.
