I hate DVD's that...

that are double sided and one side says wide screen, while the other says full screen. No matter WHAT I do I ALWAYS get it wrong. Am I supposed to visibly see the wide screen and then its the correct side? Or do I put the wide screen side down so I'm ~reading~ full screen and then it plays wide screen? Holy crap they piss me off.

If you are reading widescreen, then that's what will play.

haha that always bugged me too...its a 50 50 shot lol. i like when they put BOTH in an option in the menu before it plays....pretty convenient.

I never thought it was that hard, what you're reading is what you'll soon be watching

I used to just play this disc with out looking, then when I found out that the widescreen I wanted was on the other side, I felt dumb. I haven't made that mistake since.

camaro2you 08-20-2008 08:31 AM

I always mess that up to..your not the only one lol....

foff667 08-20-2008 08:51 AM

AFAIK the wording on top is what it plays so if you can look down on it and it says widescreen it will play widescreen. Similar to how you aren't putting a CD with the colored face down ;)
