Anyone able to unlock a locked XCal2

Old vehicle was never returned to stock, bought it from someone selling it for a relative, they told him they returned to stock, but never did and sold the car, now i can't find the old car to return it to stock and i really don't wanna have to send it to SCT to unlock it for me. Anyone able to help me with this?

I assume that you have a handheld tuner that is VIN locked or something like that?

Yea, old vehicle never returned to stock, can't unlock tuner. Looking for an alternative to sending it in to SCT.

SCT or "possibly" one of sct's authorized distributors. I'm not sure how their stuff works so I'm not even positive one of their shops will be able to unlock it for you.
