wont let me post?

Im new to this site i usually use ls1tech, and i want to post under classified cause im looking for an exaust for my ls1 and it says i cant, any reason why it wont let me?

Yea, it's listed in the Classified Rules at the top of the Classified's Forum (go read them! :D ) as well as at the top of this forum.
