85 iroc power stuff?

ok so working on the electrical systems and never could figure out buttons ok so i gots the 3 in the center console. theres the 2 outside 2 way switches for windows and then this random switch between them... kinda slides forward and then slides back auto matically so anyone with a stock power everything car know what it is and does? please let me know thanks.

alright so maybe the battery alone doesnt have enought power to pop the trunk on its own. well i should have it running this weekend. thanks guys just wanted to be sure.
