its weird i had the same problem. check your settings in your user control panel. even though mine was set to auto detect, it didn't work until i opened that page. freakin vBulliten

To check your date & time settings, go to User CP --> Edit Options --> Date & Time Options

From there (as Scott said above) make sure that your DST Correction Option is set to "Automatically detect DST settings"

It was set to auto but i changed it to something els then back again thanks for the help
