it can be leaking around the rim or valve or you have a nail in the tire you dont know about

Did they replace the valve stem and you might have a crack in the rim. Take it back and let them put the tire(and wheel) in a tank of water to see if any bubbles come out.

how could i fix the rim or valve leak. cant have a nail already. lol

Blackbirdws6 12-02-2008 10:31 AM

Valve stem (just need to have it replaced by a shop) or wheel is bent (buy a new wheel) and isn't allowing a good seal. Check for valve stem first obviously. Going from warm to cold weather and vice versa can cause the cheap ones to crack which is all it takes for the slow leak.

damn lol. i gotta take it back to midas . its gonna be kinda hard to find "one" of my ****** chrome C5s lol

BigAls87Z28 12-02-2008 10:47 AM

Chrome wheels?
A big problem with Chrome wheels is that it starts to peel or you get corrosion around the bead where it attaches to the lip of the rim. They should have sanded some of the corrosion off, put a layer of bead sealer, and hope for the best.
That, or check your valve stems. Get some soapy water, put it around the stem, and see if any bubbles come out
Do the same for around the lip of the rim.

yea i just called midas. my neighbor owns a bunch of midas lol. lucky bastard lol. they said that they will check it for me. and seal it.
