|
weird
|
might look and be cool with out the extra set of wheels
|
Looks like the recycling of an old F1 idea. Weird looking car.
|
imagine how hard would it be to understeer this car
|
I love it!! nice to see an Original Idea come out for once. and NJSPEEDER you mean this car?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tyrrell_P34 Could you imagine if they made it AWD? |
ok... i fixed it...
NOW, id rock the hell outta it.... http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d5...6wheeler4a.jpg BTW... heres the original car if you didnt feel like clicking the link... you almost wanna think the editing is the other way around... haha.... also...i do all my work in MSPaint... no photoshop here... http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d5...S/6wheeler.jpg |
i was curious as to what the interior was like... you know, if i could ever get one and remove that second set of wheels for real... but after this.... needs a custom shop to make a full new interior... the horror...
http://www.madle.org/ms05covi10.jpg and yes, you can see the front suspension through the gaping hole in the dash.... wtf were they thinking here wait i got it... i played this video game at dave and busters last month.... |

This is the Tyrrell 6 wheeler
http://www.pappapirish.com/ronnie_a_copy_frmes_copy.jpg FIA didn't let the fun last long and the car saw a lot of developmental problems, like having the front end be very fragile. It is an interesting concept, but I don't see it as realistic for a street application. You would lose too much room in the foot box to be comfortable much less safe. |
also dont forget the panther 6 from 1977... 8.2l twin turbo v8

I like it just because it is unique.
|
The FIA told Tyrrell not to bring it back any more, we are talking old days when they went about enforcing and making rules in a reasonable manner. The actual rules against 6 wheelers came around later when Benetton submitted an engineering inquiry about the concept. The FIA didn't want to go back down that road and shut it down before it got started.

i try to please... better? lol http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d5...wheeler4a2.jpg |
I think it looks good with the single front wheels. With that 22 or whatever it is on back, it needs 19's on front at least. It looks like they used 16's or something like that in the double set up
|
its 15s up front 20 in the back
