EAGLES wooot! meadowlands on our road to the super bowl!

cdacda13 01-04-2009 07:17 PM

I'll be at the game, rooting for the number one team in the NFC.

NJ346 01-04-2009 07:43 PM

haha why would the Giants fans be mad, you act like the eagles are a superbowl team. They just beat up on a young quarterback who hasn't played that well all season, and the pressure of the playoffs showed in the 2nd half when they couldn't convert on 3rd downs. So for whatever hope Easgles fans now have here ya go:w00t:

Frosty 01-04-2009 08:13 PM

B-Dawk showed again that he's not washed up.

Next Sunday is going to be a war, it should be a good game...but the Eagles NEED to play better...playing the way they did today will NOT get the job done.

Squirrel 01-04-2009 08:40 PM

I think the Giants game will be an easier fought game then the game played today. If the O-line steps up there game, which shouldnt be hard since Minnesota has the best rush defense in the league, the game shouldnt be the grinder it was at one point. But i gotta say, it was one of the best defense vs defense games of the year.

BigAls87Z28 01-04-2009 08:44 PM

Looks like I gotta be a Giants fan again.

they might have had the best rush defense in the regular season, but a big part of that was sidelined with a broken shoulder blade......and the giants werent slackers as the 9th best rush d and 5th best overall d...........

typical front running cowboys fan

giants-eagles is going to be a WAR. the eagles have been playing good football. and hell they've got nothing to lose, they didn't even think they would make the playoffs. luck of other teams losing and then KILLING dallas and here they are again.

giants- defending superbowl champs. one hell of a good team. out to prove last year was no fluke plus it's the eagles so it should be a good battle.

imagine this it's still a possibility. san diego (8-8) and the eagles (wild card)
could play in the SB. never going to happen but anythings possible i guess

Frosty 01-04-2009 09:47 PM

I'm sure Andy Reid will make bone head play calls like he did today....how many 3rd and 2's is this guy gonna want to pass on??? Buck had a few runs(more than what Westbrook did on the ground) yet he sat the bench most of the game.

Yes the Eagles won...but they need to bring it all next Sunday.

bubba428 01-04-2009 10:47 PM

where's the V8s and burouts? or big trucks crushing cars or 200mph circles...i'm bored...whats the point of watching football and talking **** about someone else athletic acheivements?

Frosty 01-04-2009 10:50 PM

Sorry man, sitting on the front porch and drinking moonshine with a loaded rifle in your hand isn't a sport....we're talking about real sports. ;):D

Whaaaaaaat? How many times does Curtis need to get popped before he gets respect? Avante caught how many passes yesterday on third down to get the first down? LJ Smith is a scrub, dude can't block or follow a play...he has one good game ever 5...that is if he's not hurt.

Good old Brian "Cheap Shot" Dawkins coming to town. Nice helmet to helmet hit he had on AP last night. This guy is one of the biggest cheap shot artists in the NFL.

I'll be rooting for the World Champion NY Giants like always.
