if you do get nitro tech in chocolate and get cell tech in lime or fruit punch

great creatine is cercik kind expensive but much better than cell tech

i just bought superpump 250 a week ago. it doesnt do anything for me but gives me a giant headache.

I got a buddy who knows the manager at gnc. and i have a gold card which saves 10% at the beg of the month u can use!
And yea, creatine is actually great stuff, if you are careful with it just like any suppliment if you dont follow the right procedures it can be harmful. Adding creatine to my shakes after the first 3 months of working out was a big improvement i gained some nice mass.

Muscletech throws creatine in damn near everything. If they made baby formula it would be in that too. They filed for Chapter 15 bankruptcy for a reason. You can do better.

in the first week of GNC everything is i believe 10% off, so that would be a good place to go. If ur starting off lifting a few things that are good to try are, Super pump 250, Creatine, IsoPure Protien and Novadex

eat right do a 5 mile run every day and there is no need for this overpriced crap.
