internet problem

i have one window open now being this one.... i go to my desktop and i go to click internet explorer and it doesnt open... if it does open it stays as a white blank page...

anyone have this happen to them sometimes?

its an option... i dont use IE anymore but theres an option somewhere that says use existing window for shortcuts or something... search around in the internet properties

yea if you close all the windows and start over it will be fine.... ill try the firefox thing ... thanks guys
