First time using an english wheel made a bowl

Im in fabrication class at school. Took a flat piece of 24 guage steel and turned it into a bowl. Took 6 hours of class time to make. Three different patterns to make this. Mostly used the #3 die. Edges are not perfect because thats extra material that gets cut off.

nice work. I was expecting something a little more haggard looking and was about to call BS, then I saw it took you 6 hours

nope no BS here, i have another pic of me in the reflection if need be. I still have some of the oils from the metal in my skin. I think i may get to make a gas tank in some coming weeks.

no need to post the other pic (unless you want to), I believe you. I was just saying you dont usually see something like that after someones first crack at an english wheel. plus the fact that you spent 6 hours on it makes it even more believable. Good work nonetheless.
