Opening Restaraunt and Curious For your Suggestions on Food ,etc....

I have posted before that i am opening a little place for cars to meet up and i was curious to what kind of food would you like since many of would be eating there??? Even if its an obvious suggestion let me know! Its your Place, Your Food! Thanks Guys

Car place=burgers, fries, hot dogs, chicken sammiches...basically quick easy, picky food.

BonzoHansen 02-24-2009 04:42 PM

What he said. And ice cream.

ar0ck 02-24-2009 04:43 PM

Like Tony said, typical American hand food.

Frosty 02-24-2009 04:48 PM

Another thing to consider too...try to come up with some type of signature sammich or dish....be known for something. I'm not familiar with your area so I'm not sure what competition there is. Try to scope out local places...see what kind of things they offer...maybe offer something different? A few car shows I've gone to at a bar/grille type place had some good seafood stuff(little neck clams, muscles, shrimp, not everyone wants a burger all the time). God I sound like Gordon Ramsey lol

I think it's great that you're doing that, it's actually one of my dreams to open up a place but unfortunately I can't be on my feet all day to cook and/or run a place like that.

Burgers, cheesesteaks, chicken sandwiches, wings, chicken tenders, maybe wraps, pizza, meatball parm, chicken parm, hoagies, pork roll, fries, onion rings, jalapeno poppers, grilled shrimp, hot dogs, sausage sandwiches, chili, chili cheese nachos. Lots of napkins! Dam, now I'm really hungry!

all served by hot young girls barely dressed

What kind of place is it? A small little restaurant in a strip mall? A bigger bar/grille type place like Applebee's? How much space are you working with?

Nice dude, that sounds like the perfect set up for a car show...plus a lot of people love eating outside on a nice summer night.

Is it in Lambertville?

RiggsLW81 02-24-2009 05:59 PM

BUFFALO WINGS...with GOOD HOT SAUCE...!!!!!!!! if i had a dollar everytime i ordered BUFFALO wings, and could barely taste any spice/hotness...i would be a goddamn millionaire!!

seriously though....'Franks Red Hot' Sauce, cant go wrong. i would also reccomend BEER if you get a liquor license..

and i agree with whoever said hot girls as waitresses. everyone likes a good meal served by a nice piece of ---, with good looking cars to check out to boot!
