thats and MRAP Dash. There are several versions of the MRAP(mine resistant ambush protected). The dash is what we have. we use them as our gun trucks when we run missions. I am the gunner on top with an M2 .50cal machine gun. We roll with 3 of these and 2 of the vehicle to the left of it, ASVs. The truck is made by international and has 1200 ft/lb of torque. Not sure exactly what the sign says, but somehting along the lines of... "stop, move over" lol
