It took me a few mins of looking at the pics but I think he did something to the headlights? :shrug:

The whistler mod is when you paint the inside chrome of the headlights. You can decide how much you want to cover. When I did mine, I painted everything black except for the reflective material right behind the bulb. Looks great and doesn't affect night driving at all.

but if someone named whistler on the honda forum posted the first "how to" thread on doing it, it might be called the whistler mod on there like it is on ls1tech
