Funniest scam email ever
 
HAHAHA I opened up my email to this message this morning it made me laugh for a few minutes.
It's kinda sad when some one from the FBI gets there email account hijacked.

I like how the person you are supposed to contact "Dr. Ferren Rodriguez" he is using a yahoo email account based in China.... hmm....

they're just toying with the header, very slim chance their account was compromised.

i second that, i can easily spoof an email address in like 2 seconds with a quick script that edits the headers, if you look at the rest of the headers in that message you will see that it is probably originating somewhere in china...

but back to the thread, you'd have to be a complete idiot to believe it, even if the facts seemed believable, the grammar and sentence structure is just horrible

Yep. You can get an IP and then do a lookup to get the city it came from. I did it last week to set up a spam filter.

lol I posted the return address that I used when I hit reply and it sent my need to say brightly worded reply to that address at the top

I have also forwarded it to my friends at the CIA and FBI. They hold contests to see who can locate the most internet scammers, so they like it when I forward it to them.
