Nitrous jetting
Is there a general rule of thumb when it comes to fuel/nitrous jet sizing?
My kit is showing up tmmr and I would like to get it set up for a 75 shot but not sure what size jet to run. |
The kit should come with instructions about which fuel and nitrous jets to run together. Have you upgraded your fuel pump?
Not planning on spraying till the summer, and come then a new fuel pump is going in.
you don't have a new pump with your h/c?
yikes..
Nope, works fine. And I rarely ever see above 5k, so its all good.
Should tell you in the kit. There is calcualtors online based on fuel presure and bottole presure what jets to run
contact the company from which the kit came from , they will tell u all u need to know.
Yea, I know, I am waiting for some odds and ends and the bottle still so no rush. I am just trying to get things researched.
Is the kit for a lt1 car or a universal kit? make shure you tell them what its going on if so. Fuel Presure has huges effects on N2o tune ups.
Its a nitrous outlet plate kit.
I still need to get a FPSS and wire that in and figure out how I am routing the wiring. |
o ok Call them up and talk to Chris hes the man to deal with at Nitro daves.... MY beck Sheetmetal intake i there right now geting a few stages plumed :)
Ya, I talked to him the other day about the plate install. I am waiting for the jets and bottle so I figure I will call him, order the FPSS and figure out the jetting when I get everything else.
