Good, let them fail. At least the government got paid back(supposedly).
Let them file and hopefully restructure in a way they can tell Obama and Congress to F themselves. Unfortunately the UAW is still getting a stake in the company  |
Thank you for fixing it.
Bankrupt and Bankruptcy protection are two very differnt avenues. Problem is that Americans dont know the difference, which in turn means that Americans will not bother to try process the difference, and just assume that any and all GM product are garbage and not to buy it. |

People are SO scared of touching GM right now, not because of their belief in their products(or lack thereof) but the fear of bankruptcy. The media is doing NOTHING to educate potential buyers that it's still safe to buy GM vehicles. |

i remember hearing somewhere on the news someone say GM is like Obama's Vietnam, there will always be a problem with it no matter what he does... seems kinda harsh...

Yes, a large industural corperation that builds millions of cars a year regrouping and reforming into a new company is just like a 15 year war in a far away country, where thousands of American troops went to die in a police action that went no where. Yep, just like Vietnam. Im sure this was Fox news, Id bet a large sum of money on it. |
