im thinkin about gettin a 52-58mm tb for my 350tpi, would it help me at all and is it worth it?

i heard the stock TB can handle up to 600 HP, i was told by tons off people that if im not pushing crazy power its not worth it. if you have a stock 350 i would say leave it be.
