 coolant in my oil...i found coolant laying behind the lower intake, so i think it may have cracked the intake/blown an intake gasket...just hoping its not a head gasket. i wouldve gotten further on it today, but i dont have those stupid clamshell thingys to take off the fuel lines. once i get them i can go right to pulling off the lower intake and see whats up. :-x edit: dont mind my delicious homemade onion pizza to the left |

that blows matt! hope it's not something to serious.
	 |

that does suck but atleaast 5.0 motors are cheap to work on
	 |

Hopefully it's just the intake gaskets, but I'm sure it will be up and running soon either way.

even if the intake is cracked...thats just an excuse to upgrade to an eddy or trickflow intake ;)

well my emoticon sums it up haha. i have a stock upper and lower if u need it till u get the upgrade, and the fuel line remover is like $5 from autozone. lemme know if u need nething |

Dont be too hard on the thing, it did have a guess of around 200,000 miles on the shortblock am I right Matt?
In his defense Matt knew what he was getting into when he chose to install a rather large blower and better top end on an engine with an unknown amount of mileage. Worst case scenario it needs a shortblock, nothing he had us do would be wasted.. Whatever the problem is I can guarantee that when it is fixed this car will be no joke.. If there is anything we can do to help you have the number Matt. Josh |

damn that sux, im currently rebuilding my sisters 87 GT engine because she blew a head gasket on it. good luck hope its nothing too major

 Fords
Always In Last j/k, It's a shame, hopefully you just blew a minor gasket, and not the head gasket. Does that have head studs in it? |
