iPod help
well my computer crashed awhile back and im now getting around to trying to get the stuff off my ipod back onto my computer. i downloaded a transfer program and this is the step that i figured i would ask you guys about because im not sure.
Connect your iPod to your PC. Normally, iTunes will be auto-run first. In iTunes, make sure that "Enable disk use" has been checked in the iPod Options ive been looking on itunes but i dont see ipod options or enable disk use. any idea where this is at? |

No need for programs to transfer your music from ipod to computer
here's a simple way to access it free start by opening "My Computer" and find your ipod there and x2 click it. You'll notice there's only Notes, Contacts, and Calender folders. Now goto the Toolbar and click the "Tools" tab and click "Folder Options..." In there click the "View" tab and under Advanced Settings find the "Hidden files and folders" and click that to reveal two options, select "Show hidden files and folders" then click "Apply" and "Ok" My Computer>iPod>Tools>Folder Options...>View>Show hidden files and folders>Apply>Ok Then you should now see an additional folder (slightly faded) called "iPod_Control" then find the "Music" folder and there should be folders starting with an "f" and in those folders is wala yo music! My Computer>iPod>iPod_Control>Music>F0x very simple solution, no just "Copy/Paste" the music files to your music folder and "Open With... Itunes" and you will be goood to go  attached are some pics to help the non computer savvy  |
THANK YOU!!!!
