 Wow, talk about traffic! It took 2 hours 45 minutes to get home from the beach!  I left Harvey Cedars a little after 4 thinking it was early enough to get home and wash the salt off the car.  :-x  Rt 72 was bumper to bumper, I could see Rt 9 wasn't even moving.  I got to 539 and went about a mile before it backed up! :shock: That had to be about 5-6 miles that normally takes 10 minutes and took 45 minutes.  Note to self, never, ever try to leave the beach on Labor Day Monday again! :nod: Car is washed though. |

 You were def asking for it. Seemed like everyone in the tristate was at the Jersey shore. Weather was beautiful. |

 I feel your pain, Jeff. We left LBI at 11:45 and got home at 3:00. |

 going to the beach on labor day in nj is just like walking down the street in a bad neighborhood pulling a wagon full of cash....your just asking for it :lol: |

 damn bennies....I didn't have a problem getting to the beach...oh wait....all I need to do is take a little boat across the bay for a quick 10 minute ride...:moon::moon: |

 i went down to farmingdale to pick up a 9inch rear for the bronco and as soon as i got off 195 onto 537 there was a crap load of cars stuck in traffic. line was from the jackson outlets all the way down to six flags. with cars still headed that way. im glad i didnt hit that on my way to pick my stuff up. |

 i went the backways through new gretna, chatsworth, medford.  Wasnt a problem really |

 Same thing here, I left my house at like 1ish and 539 was a mess.  Right where they put in that extra traffic light by the wendy's screwed it all up. |
