Front plate ticket cost?

Just wondering what the penalties for no front plate are here in NJ.

So if you do get one, can you show up at the courthouse with the front plate mounted & get the ticket throw out? Sort of like with window tint...?

I don't see why you would be able to.. If you got the ticket that means that at the time of the ticket you had no plate. Isn't that what the tickets all about? Plus, GENERALLY (not saying all the time) a front plate ticket is given when you've been given a break on something else. I got mine in lieu of a speeding ticket. Showing up to fight that would be like saying f*** you to the cop.
