Need a good/free trojan virus remover

So i ended up picking up a trojan virus a few days ago while on youtube(don't click on those tinyurl links that are popping up in the description of a lot of videos now). I can't seem to get rid of it..I found the files that contain the virus, but vista keeps saying i don't have the administrative ability to remove them, so i've downloaded like 5 programs and i can't seem to get rid of it. It keeps finding a trojan, so i delete them, but it still keeps coming back and its really slowing down my interent. So any suggestions for a software?

looked into it...logged on in safe mode...deleted the files. When I first logged back on Spybot S&D noticed that 2 registry values had changed, but since then, internet is back to full speed, and ram usage is down to normal again...looks like the ford guy might actually know something:lol:
