surging

hey guys. since its gotten colder out in the mornings ive noticed that when i first start my car up the motor surges for about a min. before the idle levels out and is good to go. its only when i first start the car up after its been sitting for a while. i was just wondering if there is anything that is causing this or something i can do to make it run a little better when i fire it up.

its nothing major. today it bounced back and forth from like 500-1400rpms. and within a minute it was idleing great like normal. just feels like it has a cam in it when i first start it up

What are the mods/ what has been removed so far. if egr is removed, could cause that, but not to that extreme.
iac?

as far as engine related mods here ya go

stock LQ9 long block
fast 90 intake
jantzer 92mm tb
slp 25%underdrive
ngk plugs
msd wires
full exhaust.
slp lid
ram air duct.
(stock fuel rail. stock injectors, stock descreened maf sensor.)
i had the egr and air tuned out along with the rear 02 sensors. it did this before i got the tune. and was fine after its just been acting up since the cold weather has hit.

no check engine lights are being thrown. just for a little extra piece of mind
