Good driveshaft shop?
Anybody know of one in the area? Not looking for a carbon fiber 4" nitrous ready blah blah- really just looking for a steel DS with 1330's on each end.

Billy, I had Petes in Trenton cut the one for the Chevelle down, They did good work, guy was kinda a dick on the phone and somewhat in person. I dont know if they will make exactly what you want, but it may be worth a shot.
Pete's Welding & Drive Shafts 913 N Olden Ave, Trenton, NJ (609) 392-3944 I have also heard that Mercer Spring does Drive Shafts too. Mercer Spring & Alignment 215 Miami Ave # 2, Trenton, NJ (609) 586-3119 |
we have one around me (08052) that does it for our work. Hes shortened/lenghtened a few, and did the center bearing for one.
I can get the name tomorrow. |
Have you guy heard of American Driveshaft Services in Bound Brook?
Thanks for the names, guys. |
I have not, but I will ask some people I know who live up that way.

my dad had his for the elcamino made at petes. if i didnt go with the pst shaft i would have had a custom one from petes....like jon said, rude guys that know how to do good work

I used Petes years ago and the work was good. Turns out that I know the son of one of the owners now. I have met his father a few times, he is just kinda like that though. Not the most pleasant person to deal with, I think his brother works there primarily.
