the saints played like crap....the cowboys fell apart at the end. not going to go very far if you cant finish games out up by 21 points in the 4th quarter

Guys, let him be....it's not too often the Cowboys win in December...this is just as exciting as a playoff win.

Jersey Mike 12-20-2009 02:13 AM

For some reason I thought the Cowboys would beat the Saints. The Saints have a terrible defense and have managed to squeak by way too many times this season. Indy is really playing lousy on defense as well. Having a good record does not mean you are a great team. It basically was a playoff game for the Cowboys, although I doubt the Giants will win another game this year so the boys should be in as the wildcard.

the saints D isnt really that bad. they have a weak interior run defense, which sometimes makes the safety cheat up which leads to those couple big pass plays a game. they seem to play in waves, a couple games where they hold the opponent to 17 or less, and then a couple shootouts....

they will be FINE in that dome in the playoffs. it should be vikings at saints for the nfc championship

Yup, it should be...but as the saying goes any team can beat another team on any given Sunday. We'll see what happens.

BurninrubberGT 12-20-2009 09:43 AM

doesnt matter the cowboys will lose out and miss the playoffs again

Slow-V6 12-20-2009 01:53 PM

How the hell does a Pro Football player miss a 20 yard Field goal? That Nick Folk guy is my hero. It wasnt even a game winning or tying field goal it was just to add 3 more points.. The Cowboys are in serious trouble.

BigAls87Z28 12-20-2009 03:20 PM

That was uuuugly. But they won, oh well.

Jersey Mike 12-21-2009 08:58 AM

I remember Folk knocking down a few FGs from the Star in clutch situations a few years ago...
