Forza 3 question
 

is it possible to change the color of manufacture decals? Iv tried to but hitting "X" does nothing. I saw this picture online and was wondering if he changed them in the game or if he did it on a computer or something.

i just got forza a couple of days ago so i wouldnt know but im willing to say that probably not because sponsors are gay like that.

Not to hijack your thread but im pretty far along in forza...how do you drag race lol?

drag racing is a pathetic joke in that game, dont even bother with it

:werd: There is no traction at all! I have a 975hp 5th Gen. that only runs 11.8's. This is a full race car with no interior etc. Its terrible.

you guys suck at tuning then. i have multiple cars in single digits.

You can't change the decal colors. All you can do is try and make your own in decal maker. I 2 C6 Z06 police designs on there lol. A NJ state police and Illinois state police. If you guys get a chance and search cop on there and check them out lol. It takes forever to make them. My name is RobBBOD on there haha

I haven't started tuning any other cars yet, but my bugatti runs 8.90 @ 170 in the 1/4 ;) I can't wait to get home from this deployment and try more cars.

i have a datsun that runs 8.5s and a porsche that runs 8.7s :lol:

So where do I have to go to try it...Is it just a xbox live thing?

Yeah I heard the datsun gets mid 8s. I saw a few tuning set ups for 7s, but I don't know how reliable they are. I'll see what I can tune it for when I get home in 2 months. I was trying to get a rwd car into the 9s before I left, but it's F'n hard lol.

I always test out my launching on live by setting up a private game with just me. You get the 3..2..1..count in there unlike the game version that makes you go as soon as it loads. Mre time to get/hold your rpms. plus it gives you money testing lol. I always do races on live vs the computer on hard for 20+ laps and get $$$$$ or if you go crazy like I did and set it for 50 laps or an hr in custom and get paid $$$$$$ :) I had alot of time on my hands lol.

I have a ton of money and about every good car in the game but im not on live, so I guess I gotta be on it to drag race because I dont see the option anywhere?

If you go to test your car I think it's in sunset or close to it. You can arrow over to the 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, or full mile race

sedona course 1/4 mile. you have to install the second disc too, it might actually be on the little ''track pack'' card that comes with it too

Yea i installed the 2nd disc when i got the game...gonna have to check it out....I have a C6R and a Buggati along w/ a few other cars I wanna test out :twisted:

if you run a sub 11 second qtr mile with a RWD car the forza community will worship you

Found it guys, thx for the info....i have a Koenigsegg CCGT thats running a 10.2 and a worked 95 DSM cutting 10.6's w/ no tuning....Off to tune and get into single digits :mrgreen: .. and I havent unleashed the Bugatti yet:lol:
