Inner Rim Restoration

I don't feel like spending too much money on getting these chrome SLP's professionally restored because I plan on selling them come springtime. They are perfect other than some inner rim "orange peel" on all 4 wheels (I purchased them that way). What I am asking is what products/paint/tools should I use to get rid of JUST this orange peel pictured below? Like I said, there is nothing wrong with the outer rim (like curbrash, dings, etc) that I'm looking to restore, JUST the inner rim. Thanks. :)

No pitting?

Very very minimal pitting... looks to be mostly bubbles in the finish.

But what do I know... Ive never had this problem before so I dunno what to look for. It's mostly bubbled up...

My wheels did the same thing. Pretty sure it's the chrome peeling off....possibly something to do with the chemicals in the brake dust or the finish of the wheel itself. Basically your only option would be to try and strip the chrome off and paint the inside of the wheel. It won't look great but atleast it'll be consistent.

yeah pretty much what paul said is what i would try. not much else you can do other than having them professionally coated. so just remove the coating/corroded mess as best you can then paint over it.

The time has come to paint the inner wheels. I powerwashed my car today and hit an inner wheel and blew the chrome right off of it  It's worse than I thought. It's semi-corroded under what flew off. What black paint does everyone recommend?

Duplicolor Wheel Paint and Clear - it's very good. I used it on the old wheels I painted for my SS, and it holds up great!
