clearly, the people working at verizon have no idea wtf their talking about, and when quoting someone over the phone, should realize that they're quoting in dollars. of course we all know that they MEANT $0.002 but said "cents" because thats what are to the right of the decimal.. they screwed themselves by being idiots. hopefully the kid got his money back for being smart enough to catch them.
