hey guys, i got a brandy new Garret GT4788R turbo. its the same turbo that goes on the 7.3 powerstroke motors from ford. this is new in box. even comes with warenty card. only taken out of box for pics. make an offer. will trade for 4th gen parts, lemme know what else you gottt!

just to clarify this:
this is not the actual gt4788r turbo. this is the gt4788 with the housings for a 7.3l diesel application,
the gt4788r does not come with a internal wastegate (it is ordered this way for ford 7.3l)

So technically (according to google) this is actually a GTP38R
