Yea i think it said the recall came to late to affect the ratings. At least GM got good ratings as well

That was more like I was trying to make. Yes Lexus has over all satisfaction, but GM has done way better than it has in the past. That combine with the best quality cars that have been made in nearly 2 decades might raise some eyebrows.

mine too for what it is.

Actually, I agree completely with those findings. My old Saturn dealership in Ramsey was amazing. They fixed stuff under warranty that I broke just because they felt it still "shouldn't have broken." They also went out of their way many times for me. The one in Brunswick used to give me rentals and wash my car whenever I brought it in for warranty repairs. And recently, Hawthorne Chevy was good to me when I had a gas vapor leak I needed diagnosed.

Also, the Lexus dealer we service my sisters car at is very good. Far better than Audi or any other dealership I've experienced. They even gave me a ride to my car once (which I guess isn't a big deal, but still a nice gesture.)
