Airlift Bags for Launching?

I used to have them in my old firebird and they would make the car bounce around in a wave-like motion. I saw them used a few times at the drag strip to help with launching, but got to thinking from my experience they would contribute to wheel hop from bouncing.

Anyone have launching experience with the Airlift bags?

With my GTO they helped out a lot since just about every GTO owner complained about wheel hop and i've ran as fast as a 1.59 60' and haven't had any wheel hop issues and I'm on completely stock suspension.

Yea, you used two of em to help the rear of the car from sagging, but in a drag application, you use em to counter the torque of the car from twisting the body.

I use one in the passenger side coil set at 15 lbs. Works like a charm.
