LT1 vs LT4

Will a LT1 intake bolt up to LT4 heads or do I need an LT4 specific intake?

no, need LT4 intake with LT4 heads, and vice versa...

And lt4 heads have specific intake gaskets. The little set pins in the head's are spaced different. Yea and you need to order them online or get them from a chevy dealer.

Actually you can make an LT1 intake work on an LT4with on stock, unported LT4 heads, with some porting and wlding. But you're are better off getting a LT4 or Edelbrock intake. No way an LT1 intake will work with any type of ported LT4 / AFR / trickflow because the runners are too high and there isn't enough material on the top of the LT1 intake runners to properly seal.
