Staying up all night working on a paper!!

im trucking my second all nighter in a row. ive decided to make this paper my masterwork of sophomore year partly cause of the tragedy over the past weekend in Smolensk Russia(paper is about how western capitalist ideas contributed to the fall of communism in Poland).
Needless to say i cant stand staring at books anymore and im getting a bit irrational. Dont we all just love college and how its just filled with joy!!

Remember those days well. Had a few of them since.

It's a lot easier to write papers, and generally prepare for crap, ahead of time...

Welcome to the dawn hours, Marek

Its weird watching everyone else wake up all refreshed. Im rarely awake before 10 so its a weird feeling to me

CHRIS67 04-15-2010 10:59 AM

Better get used to that, unless you land a job working nights.

I know what you mean. I had 3 papers due on Saturday for English. 1 Health(Thursday) paper and 1 research paper for child psychology(Friday). On top of that I have an oral report for sociology on Conflict theorist's view of Deviance in 30 minutes and I am still not finished.

thunder 04-15-2010 11:50 AM

I love oral reports/ presentation cause im good at hiding the fact that i have little to no comprehension of the topic8-)

Ever since starting graduate school I have never slept less in my entire life. This place seriously makes you work for your degree.

I just started using Google's Calendar feature. Pretty handy if you actually stick to it.

This week was hell week part doux; Econometrics (15%), Intermediate Macro (25%), & 7-page Black Lit paper (20%). All of them were due within the same 24hour span. Talk about fun.
Tonight's the first night in the last two weeks that I won't be doing something internship, school, or org related. w00t baby.. w00t

Knipps 04-15-2010 06:27 PM

2 weeks. I went to a party last week that was essentially my first of the semester

LMAO. I hate having a paper due.. I only have one printer in the house and its in my mom's locked office so when ever I have to print a paper she always wants to read it and then makes me do about 50 million changes to it...

Sometimes it sucks having a Mom that's a published author and a professor at the same college you go to. I get a sick ass discount on tuition and free English books though so it has it's pro's and con's...

Knipps 04-15-2010 06:35 PM

No wonder she reads all your papers...
