explain yourself. that truck just did a reverse wheelie and yanked some **** down from the sky, could life be any sweeter? :-?

fmybody 04-19-2010 06:44 PM

haha i think thats a win

transmaro93 04-19-2010 06:45 PM

i cant believe how strong that tree was.... holy crap.... amazing if you ask me

KirstiKitti 04-19-2010 06:46 PM

I started cracking up when i saw this, there was another video of a ford ranger doing the same thing, but every video of a chevy or dodge pulling a tree down they did it without a problem!

T69SS 04-19-2010 06:48 PM

That was awesome. One tough tree branch

sweetbmxrider 04-19-2010 06:48 PM

so you're saying ford owners have the angle wrong? nice observation 8-)

transmaro93 04-19-2010 06:50 PM

post more vids of trucks pullen down trees... haha why are you searching this??

KirstiKitti 04-19-2010 06:51 PM

yeah fords suck we are all dodge and chevy fans in our family so anything stupid that happens with a ford in our family we think is pretty funny, ask Justin he will tell you.. and okay i will see if I can find more..and my brother and I were looking at trucks on youtube and happened to come past it

redsoxsstink 04-19-2010 07:58 PM

what happens when the dualie finnaly pulls that stump out.... hed fly through the neighbors living room. and what abt that stupid chick standing behind the truck what happens when the line snaps or the hitch fails. bye bye missy.... nothing agaisnt ford trucks, its just the people that drive them make them look bad.

CHRIS67 04-20-2010 05:57 AM

I was waiting for the stump to come out and hit the mini van parked next to it.

I have to tend to disagree with that one. Cummin's are good but they unfortunetly have a Dodge wrapped around them. Duramax's were plagued with EGR failures. As Ford was also plagued with EGR cooler failures and fuel tank delamination for certain years.

Biggest downfall of all them would be the transmission, aside from GM's Allison's.

with that many roots holding that stump in, it wouldn't go flying. That strap would snap before anything else

My brother has a 05 Cummins 3500 and his is absouletly great! My cousin just got the new chevy with the Allison and he only had it for a couple of weeks maybe a couple of months and he had to get a new engine, that was the only downfall to the truck other than that he loves it. But Fords are a whole nother story :P

Knipps 04-23-2010 05:17 PM

yeah, a new engine is nothing to be concerned with

Jay's 2500HD was a 6.0L gas engine Blondie.....not the 6.6L Duramax diesel. And it had a weird valvetrain issue that the dealer tried to give him the run around on, but they eventually took care of it for him, and he couldn't be happier with the truck (it replaced his '97 Ford F250 with the 7.3 powerjoke).

would it perhaps make more sense to put it in 4 wheel low and pull in reverse as long as you have frame mounted hooks rather than pull up your rear?

miketa95 04-25-2010 04:43 PM

I used my dads old envoy XUV in 4lo to pull out a pine tree stump without a problem

Yes, especially with the heavy diesel engine over the front axle.

I am not a blonde I know it isn't a diesel, but he does have the Allison tho.

No, the Allison is only for the diesel. I believe the 6L80e is the standard 6spd auto behind the 6.0L.
