Possibly, but many town's DARE cars are actually the personal vehicle of an officer on the force.

Back in high school, I watched a friend's truck that was being driven by one of his unlicensed buddies go into a high speed chase through our high schools parking lot and crashing into some shrubbery a block away. Ended up being the next DARE vehicle :lol:

yeah this car was seized, although the rims are new i believe. You should see their collection of seized cars, they keep them at the township dump. A lot of new cars recently.
