Tear in leather

I have a small tear, about 3/8", on the front passenger seat of my LaCrosse. My concern is that it will rip more as people sit on it. Can anyone recommend a good way to fix it? For a small tear like this, I'm thinking there has to be some kind of kit I can buy that will seal/bond it. Has anyone used one? I looked on Amazon, but the ones on there don't have really good reviews.

Usually a good interior auto shop can bond on an epoxy over the cut and keep it flexible. They will also color dye to match the surrounding area after the repair. If you know a dealer, some of them have professional service that can come to the dealer and do the repair on the lot.
