what do you think of this berlinetta?

its a 1980, kind of what i have been looking for, little rot, and T-TOPS! i was going to get a donor roof and t-tops, but that looks like a grand worth of parts and work just for the tops alone, then all the body work o_O this one is pretty beat up, but he says interior is out of car but in good shape, which mine is DESTROYED, windows go up and down fine, the gears in mine are stripped, what do you guys think? http://cnj.craigslist.org/cto/1788658171.html Thanks everyone! 8-)

Judging from the one pic. Looks like a decent project. Needs a lot of work, but looks like a fun job

yeah, needs a good sanding and a paintjob, but mine needs that plus everything else haha, im going to see how played out the suspension and all that is, compare my current project to that one, if its better than mine, i might get it and sell my 78. hope this is a 4spd, didnt say, but probably auto lol

Yea, definitely give it a very thorough inspection if you go look at it

Check the frame rails and under the rear seats. If they are corn flakes, walk away.

yeah, he says the carpet and interior are all out now so it shouldnt be too hard to see how bad the floor is, just saw a 69 stang fly by today and really want a muscle car again haha, i was tempted to insure the camaro under classic and drive her around haha, despite the fact i may either be taking out the drive train or replacing her entirely soon
