What is the deal with the $20 seats? does it include tracks, power maybe?

Ive used this cutout for about 2 years on my car and the only problem I had was when i bottomed out and ripped the wire from the splice it stopped working, but I fixed it and havent had a problem since. The y-pipe is stainless im pretty sure, its been sitting in my garage for a little while so its a bit rusty but it will work.

The seats are seats only, no tracks, no power. Tan leather and are torn up a bit.

Does the cutout come with the switch as well?

unfortunately i do not have the switch anymore. you will need probably 15 feet of 14ga wire in 2 different colors, and a 3 position temporary-on switch which are pretty cheap.
