Has had a cover and screen protector since day one, little less than a year old. Screen is flawless. Never seen water or dampness. Speaker is loud and crisp sounding.

Look how flawless the back is. Wear usually begins to show around the edges of the back of the phone, as well as scratches on the 'Apple' symbol on the rear. Very min. wear can be seen on one side due to it being a refurb from a previous owner, but since in my posession it has always had a cover and been well taken care of.

The chrome edges on the front of the phone show very min. wear, because I got the phone less than a year ago but it was a refurb.

I do still have the box and documents for this phone. I do have charger, I don't have headphones.

When you unlock it can i use it as a ipod Touch? And not have any At&t sevice? I might buy it if i can use the ipod part alone.
