steel self aligning rocker arms?

Which company would make the best quality steel self aligning rocker arms in a 1.5 ration for a sbc? I know GMPP makes a kit that is very affordable but it is rated at 1.5/1.6. Why does it have two ratings? Is it 1.5 for v6's and 1.6 for v8's? or the other way around?

Without going to look the kit up, I am pretty sure it's a 1.5:1 ratio for the intake side, and 1.6:1 ratio for the exhaust side.

Would 1.52 ratio mess anything up? I now know that the heads need to be machined for 1.6 rockers. Would the .02 require any machining?

Ultra pro mags and be done.

Vortec heads need pushrod hole work I believe due to the geometry change.
