If you fail tech, do you get your door/track fee back?

last time i was actually there with someone that failed tech, they gave him the difference between racing and spectating back, but that was it..

battery cut off switch, battery is in a sealed box in the trunkkkkk

No as in you don't get your money back... If your lucky you will get the difference in racing/watching.
