Where to get my PS3 Fixed?
 

I'm looking for a good shop to fix my 80gb backwards compatible PS3. It has the Yellow Light Of Death. I really don't want to sell it but if i cant find anyone i might just have too. If you know anyone or know a good shop let me know.

Nope that was my old 60GB. I just bought this 80GB a week ago so.....

call sony. my blue ray drive crapped out on my 80 gig. i thought about the new slim but its limited backwards compatible and it only has 2 usb ports (that means no more rock band). dont forget the lack of media card reader. I got mine fixed for 150. yeah its pricey but its still cheaper than the slim.

Thats what mine cost when I had it sent in. Wouldnt play BR movies or games..

Its costs $149.99 Plus $29.99 Shipping And any taxes. I called two days ago.

wow they changed it then, i didnt have the extra $30 shipping it was all included.

My blu ray player went on my 60gb PS3 also but I bought a new one ($55 shipped) and installed it myself. Let me do some reading on the yellow light issue, if it's not bad I may be able to do it for you for a small fee.

my launch 60giger came yellow lighted... got that fixed for free a year later another yellow light brick, and had to pay 150 for that.... sony disappointed me
