ls6 intake/emissions/header questions

so reading on ls1tech someone said this concerning switching to an ls6 intake

"flash the ECU cause you have to delete the egr it will bolt up to your stock tb"

now i have the LPP style headers with the emissions stuff. and its tuned.

i guess my question is, where will this leave me? or rather is there anything extra i'll need to do?

If you remove the egr it will throw a code but you can have that tuned out. As for the emmision connection on the headers you can buy or make a block off plate for it.

As Mike stated above.

There's companies that make the block off plate.
If you just need the EGR code turned off you could see us and we'll tune the code out for you for just the price of HP tuner credits to do it ($100.00)

hm how much would a tune cost by you guys? because i plan on putting a mild cam in relatively soon, and if i have to get enough computer work done, i may as well do it all in one shot.

Once you buy the credits ($100) Devin can retune it for you for just the price of the tune(labor)
