bought my first motorcycle
 
I finally bought my first motorcycle saturday, i already have plans for it to create a bobber out of it later down the road, though ill enjoy it like it is for a bit. Its an 86 rebel 250.

I'm jealous - got my liscense over the summer but havent gotten a bike yet -
250's dont fit a 6'8" guy very well lol.

Nice starter bike! Have fun with it and ride as much as you can next summer because you have no idea how bad it sucks not being able to ride over the winter!

thanks for all the comments guys, and im already wishing for the warm weather. i took it out for a little bit just to get some pratice time on it, i pretty much got all my shift points down and the feel of it just gotta get use to the feel of the weight while turning lol. only bike ive rode before was my rm 80 a few years ago.

lol im 5'6 and i was worried that i might not fit on it well when i first looked at the 250 but was surprised how comfortable it was when i sat on it. this would probably be like a pit bike for you lol.
